The Ethics Channel is a tool available to the public to bring to the attention of the Compliance Officer any conduct or situations that contravene ANAV’s Code of Ethics, which is developed in PG-0.16 Standards of Professional Ethical Behavior. This procedure establishes behavioral criteria and protocols to be followed to ensure that the principles of the Code of Ethics are complied with. It also details how complaints received through the Ethics Channel are handled. ANAV guarantees confidentiality, that the treatment of information will comply with the provisions of the Data Protection Act and that there will be no reprisals. This portal is an alternative channel to the mailbox `email@example.com` or any other direct communication to the Compliance Officer.
